No kids in salon suites due to safety reasons. 

Only parents allowed in suites if not receiving services. Anyone accommodating you is allowed in the waiting area, but space is limited.   

Running late We have a 5-minute late policy. The policy stands as if you are more than 5 minutes late a $35.00 charge. No exceptions.

Legit credit or debit card must be available to hold appointments and book appointments. No prepaid cards. All form of payment must be in your name. 

We know things happen time to time we will try our best to accommodate you but there is no guarantee.

Please call us to let us know your running late.  

It’s understandable that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We are asking for 48 hours cancellation notice. Late cancellation after 48 hours $40.00 charge.

Any late cancellations after 48 hours will be charged a dollar amount or percentage of all services scheduled.  If you have multiple services, please cancel any extra services not needed within 48 hours.  No excuses.

Before and after closing hours remain if appointment times are unavailable during regular business hours can be booked additional fee of $40.00. If you No show on before or after hours appointments will be $100.00 fee. If your late on before or after hours appointments $60.00 fee.

No refunds on any services provided or products.

No refunds on any courses or classes. All deposits are non-refundable. All payments are due by invoice date. 

Touch up policy only applies up to 3 days after initial wax.

Please book all appointments according to female and male anatomy.
