No kids in salon suites due to safety reasons.

Only parents allowed in suites if not receiving services. Anyone accommodating you is allowed in the waiting area but space is limited.

Running late We have a 10-minute late policy.

We know things happen time to time we will try our best to accommodate you but there is no guarantee.

Please call us to let us know your running late.

It’s understandable that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We are asking for 48 hours cancellation notice.

Any late cancellations after 48 hours will be charged a dollar amount or percentage of all services scheduled.

No refunds on any services provided.

Touch up policy only applies up to 3 days after initial wax.
